| Laminating Resins |
| TCC Epoxy Laminating Systems are ideal for constructing more demanding abrasion resistant or heat resistant laminated tools as well as general purpose fiberglass laminated tooling. These economical laminating systems allow for excellent fabric wet-out and depending on the system used, will produce tooling with high impact resistance, excellent thermal shock characteristics and superior dimensional stability at room or elevated temperatures.

| Surface & Mass Casting Systems |
TCC surface casting systems offer the user an economical alternative to mass casting and is used to cast surfaces on metal forming tools, checking fixtures and foundry patterns. These surface casting systems bond to most substrates. The TCC-231 Pourable Pattern Plank® can be cast up to 3” thick at one time and castings exhibit similar properties as the PP-1052 Pattern Plank®. Mass casting applications such as draw dies for metal forming parts can be accomplished using the TCC-401 Mass Casting System.
