TCC surface casting systems offer the user an economical alternative to mass casting and is used to cast surfaces on metal forming tools, checking fixtures and foundry patterns. These surface casting systems bond to most substrates. The TCC-231 Pourable Pattern Plank® can be cast up to 3” thick at one time and castings exhibit similar properties as the PP-1052 Pattern Plank®. Mass casting applications such as draw dies for metal forming parts can be accomplished using the TCC-401 Mass Casting System.
 
Surface & Mass Casting Systems  

  TCC-231/TCC-231-1, TCC-231-2, TCC-231-3 or TCC-231-4
A filled two-component modified urethane system. The material is a lightweight, tough, cost effective Pourable Pattern Plank.

An iron oxide filled mass casting resin designed as the back up material for casting applications.
