TCC offers a variety of economical adhesives for your tooling and prototyping needs. TCC Adhesives are available with a 5-minute cure time to several hours open time for use in a variety of applications.

General Purpose Adhesives

		TCC-20A/TCC-20B
		A two component 5-minute adhesive system designed with a color indicator to insure components are mixed properly prior to application.

		TCC-204/TCC-102 (fast) or TCC-104 (slow)
		A rigid adhesive system designed to be slightly thixatropic for ease of application.

		TCC-205/TCC-102 (fast) or TCC-104 (slow)
		A rigid epoxy system having low viscosity and a short pot life. This system is easy to use and has no objectional fumes.

		TCC-230/TCC-102 (fast) or TCC-104 (slow)
		Developed to be used to bond our tooling planks together. The physical properties closely resemble our CNC tooling Planks.

		A fiberglass filled room temperature cure system which provides an extended pot life to allow completion of complex bonding operations.
