TCC offers specific adhesives and patch pastes for most of their Tooling Planks®. These have been designed with the physical properties of the plank in mind and in most cases the material will match or exceed the strength and physical properties of the respective plank.
The chart below will help you determine which Adhesive or Patch Paste you will need. Please keep in mind that job specifications dictate which type of material should be used. All applications must be considered before making a choice (ex. high temp vs. room temp adhesive).

A two-component toughened epoxy adhesive system that was developed to be used to bond our tooling planks together. The physical properties closely resemble our CNC tooling Planks.
A health-safe, two component, unfilled non-staining high temp epoxy adhesive and laminating system specifically developed for room temp hardening. The system also possesses high temp properties for high temp tooling applications.
A two-part system designed as a patch paste for PP-1052 Pattern Plank®. When mixed this material forms a paste-like compound which maintains dimensional stability with excellent handling and machining characteristics.
