Honeycomb Panels offer high strength-to-weight ratio for reduced weight in tooling and fixtures.  Face panels are high pressure bonded to commercial grade perforated 3/8" cell aluminum core with bondable peel ply surfaces.  Honeycomb Panels are used for egg crating, stretch form supports, bonding jigs and fixtures and autoclave applications.

High strength-to-weight ratio makes honeycomb panels ideal as lightweight reinforcement structures in a variety of tooling and fixture applications.

  High Temperature Honeycomb Panels
High Temperature Honeycomb Panels are manufactured to resist tooling temperatures up to 425°F/218°C.  This Honeycomb panel is fabricated with fiberglass skins and high-temperature resins.
