Room Temperature Honeycomb Panels are manufactured using two layers of woven fiberglass cloth on each face over .003” commercial grade, 3/8” cell, perforated aluminum core, with bondable peel ply surfaces. This material will meet most automotive and aircraft specifications up to a 180°F/82°C working temperature. Its high strength-to-weight ratio makes honeycomb panels ideal as lightweight reinforcement structures in a variety of tooling and fixture applications.
